Fabulous as new 1960’s Burton tailored 3 piece 2 button turquoise blue / black 3 ply tonic suit.WAISTCOAT has slim notched lapels & 4 pockets with large pocket flaps on bottom pockets. front tails and faux button hole on last button so you can never break the rule.
JACKET has slim notched lapels and very large pocket flaps. 2 buttons set so that the top one should only be used ( which is correct). deep centre vent on back. Still retains some overhang from the 50’s with padded shoulders . very tailored fit. a good extra 3″ – 4″ of hem in sleeves if needed
TROUSERS are high waisted (9″ zipper fly) flat fronted with adjustable zipper side breaks 30″ waist when both pulled in . letting out to a 32″. .9″ bottoms with extra 3″ of hem. . This is one of the best vintage tonic suits I have owned.
